Getting back in the rhythm

Today marks day 2 in my P90X training.  It is kicking my butt - big time!  I thought I was ready to take on this bad boy, but I proved myself that it's going to take me some time to get really into the program.  So, towards getting my cardio up to speed - which is my main area of weakness - I have been splitting up the routines in 2 different segments (1st half in the morning and 2nd half in the evening).  Otherwise, I'm certain to pass out or cause injury. 

I figured that this week (week 1) will be all about the warm-up.  As soon as this preliminary week is over, I'm going to repeat week 1 training and hope to go through the full 90 days.
