Finished Insanity...final thoughts

Number one, I wish I could have followed the diet better.  I always say that.  I kept tract of everything I ate, I mean everything.  And I was generous with the calorie counts when I wasn't sure what the exact number was.  I ate an average of 2450 calories per day.  According to the caloric needs calculator, I should eat 2591 calories per day to lose weight.  I lost about 2-3 pounds, lost 1 good inch on my waist, and went from ~15.7% to 11.7% body fat.  So I lost fat and gained muscle.  Although my pics don't show it that well, I can FEEL it!  I feel a lot stronger and more powerful.  I can't wait to dive back into P90X again.  I gotta get this diet thing down, it takes a lot of practice to obtain complete control over your diet and nutrition.  I think I eat way too many P90X protein bars, they're sooo good!!  But seriously, I eat too much, too late, and don't ever get enough sleep.  Heck, I'm typing this at 1:40am and have to be up at 7am for work.  Oh, and I ate a huge dinner (dinner omelette), then some non-fat yogurt + grape nuts and a protein bar...when am I gonna learn?  I still need to take my measurements for my profile.  I'll do it tomorrow.  Gotta get to bed yal!  Good night!!

Hey Joseph! You made the move and got settled in by now, right? Ha! Ha! Amazing how long it takes to acclimate from one coast to the other! Listen, are you getting the prescribed amount of sleep? You know that is when muscle gets built, you know the body needs 55% CARBS and uses protein best within the first hour after intense muscle load activity... and you know you'll photo BEST while you are still pumped so get that camera handy for a shot just after working out. Listen, do you have REV ABS? You would LOVE it! Honestly, what I know about you.... you searching for it..... check it out. Also, push "YAY!" on the Dashboard and watch some of the one on one videos, remembering to vote for one by the dateline!

Hey Debbie!! I've been here for 1 month and I'm slowly getting acclimated. I do have rev abs, I want to get the upgrade soon. I'm nursing a shoulder injury right now. I can't do anything upper body. I just bought a vertical leap program called "The Jump Manual." I'm about to dive into that. I injured my shoulder at summit and it never really healed, I went to see a physical trainer last week and have more appointments coming up. Thanks for all the tips and thank you for thinking of me. I have a ton of Beachbody coach friends here in northern VA and DC/MD. We just had a group workout today, it was awesome!! You're my friend on fb right!? Pics will be posted soon. I was with Tony H. at the Press club last week too! goto www.press.org.
