Yesterday was my 300th! workout entered into WOWY.

3 Day Shakeology Cleanse Results

I drink Shakeology pretty much everyday. I have been contenplating trying the 3 day cleanse. I finally decided to bite the bullet and give it a try. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at my results.

My starting weight was 198.8 and after the 3 day "Performance" cleanse my weight was down to 193.3. 

That's a loss of more than 5 pounds in 3 days!

W6D2 Update on my last few days

I havent update this in a couple days so I figured I would catch up. 

Sunday I took the day off from my workouts.  On monday I ran a mile on the treadmill before my softball game that evening.

Today is Week 6 Day 2 and I did P90X Chest Shoulders & Triceps.  I really peeter out towards the end of this workout, especially when we get to plyo and one arm pushups.  I usually skips those just due to the fact that by then I can barley do a regular pushup let alone a one arm push up.  Tomorrow I will be doing an Insanity Workout, felling good!

W5D6 Run Forest Run

Went for a quick run today and felt good to do at least something.  Sunday is normally a day off but I think Im gonna do a short RevABs workout.  Have a great weekend.
