Time to get serious

It's time to get serious. I've been skating around doing workouts here and there. But nothing consisant. I need to get back on track and get it together. Now, to make the "me" time between work, work, kids and everything else life throws at me. I need to step up and do what I know I need to do. I have the programs and the know how, now to get off of my butt and do it!

BBL and TMT

Got BBL and TMT last week and have been really impressed with TMT. Definate 2 thumbs up! You are really getting a great workout in 10 minutes. Starting BBL today, we'll see how it goes. I'll keep everyone posted. :)

Day 5

Day 5

Down 2 pounds today. YIPPEE!!! Feeling great about accomplishments this week.

Shakeology

Day 4 on Shakeology. Tastes incredible love it. So far the only difference I am seeing is that I am not as tired. I am interested in seeing how it effects my body.

First round of P90X done. Saw great strides there. Lost 5 pounds this last week. Clothes are all to big again. Will be starting round 1 again on Monday. Steven will be starting with me. I'm pretty excited to see how it will change him.
