Been mixing it up the last week or so, sleep is still not happening the way it needs to so Insanity RD 2 is postponed a little bit...did something to my knee too so low impact is what I need right now...

Turbo Fire lower and Shred L2 today...L2 is harder than L3 fo me..wonder why?

Decision

Have to postpone this round 2 of Insanity for awhile..with everything going on this time of year I'm not getting the proper rest or nutrition and I'm struggling with this, so since getting hurt is not an option, I will start up again when things get back to normal. I will be doing a hybrid of w/o's for the next month focusing on strength.  Today I did Shred Level2

My Nemis...Plyo cardio circuit..however..not as much a HUGE nemis as it was first round :)

Day 8 rd 2

Pure cardio today...and also added Jillian Michaels L1 Shred..because I saw a special buddy in WOWY and just had to do more so I could workout with her! Thanks STENOGAL!!
