Day 1 of 10 Minute Trainer

Allright. Day 1 is done. Did two 10 minute trainer routines: Cardio and Lower Body. LB was tough.

Just got the go ahead from my surgeon that could start working out again after having a total thyroidectomy surgery 2 months ago.

Game on and time to push play!

Just finished my greenberry shakeology smootie mixed with frozen peaches, water and ice. MMMMMMMMMMMMMhmmmmmmmmmmm delicious.

Can't wait for tomorrow.
