Hey all, i just finished my first back to core workout with shaunn T. it was pretty good. i think i need a little more to make it happen for me. but im sure that reallly isnt the case. I think, no i know i need to push myself more.

the moves where great and i can tell they are working those muscles i have been skipping out on. I love this! i can't wait to see what happens. I had 10 weeks lieft of turbofire but i think i just could wait to try thenew program. so I am :)
