Day 5 work out is done for today. Did sweat 1/2 and my hubby did it with me. I can tell he struggled, but so did I. He's done it before and I know he can do it again. He threatened me with, "and you think I'll do this when your traveling??" I hope he does, or at least some activity. He had such great results last time. I know it will make him feel better if he works out. It does for me. I feel so much more energized (usually). I'm very tired today, didn't sleep well last night.
Still eating well.
Bkfst today was 1c cottage cheese and 1/2 c fresh raspberries
Snack will be a strawberry protein shake w/ flaxseed
Lunch grilled chix sandwich w/ mustard, avacado, tomatoe, lettuce on multigrain bread
afternoon snack pear and cheese
Dinner halibut, rice, asparagus
I stuck to it yesterday and plan on sticking to it to it today. I haven't been hungry at all!! I need to quit steppin on the scale every day though as it is discouraging on days like today when it goes up .4lbs when I know its just water shifting and muscle mass building!! Its still discouraging.
I'm planning on a treadmill run when I get home today if I feel up to it. I love running, but have been out of it for so long, I'm trying to ease into it, as to not upset those darn shinsplints. So far-fo good. Plus, I dont want it to get in the way of my sleep tonight. We'll see. I had grand plans to go tan yesterday evening, but ended up playing stratego, checkers and chess with my kids. It was totally worth it!
