After being a part of the community message boards for 7 weeks now, I realized how much I enjoyed encouraging others that were on the same journey as me. I talked to my coach and learned more about the Beach Body Coaches Program and I knew it was for me!
I signed up today to be a Coach and am looking forward to helping others.
Day 67 for me. I've struggled the past week with energy and motivation. I didn't have the same high level of either that I had when I started the program. After taking a good look at my diet and exercise routine, I realized that I was potentially overtraining and, for sure, not getting enough calories. I have since increased my calories by an additional 200-250 calories a day to sustain the 1/2 marathon training that I'm doing. I am cycling with low, medium and high carb days depending on my workouts so that I don't crash anymore. I've already seen a difference with 2 days of this.
Still waiting on my Shakeology. I think it will be here by Tuesday. If I could have flown to OH to get it myself faster...I would have! I can't wait to incorporate this into my diet. I'm hoping for great results from it...speeding up my weight loss, more energy and better health. 4 more days!!!
