Wow its been that long since i've blogged...I'm terrible

Sorry i've been away for a bit. My last blog was in june. A lot has changed since then do to my accident in May. Well I've been slowly getting back into my 2nd round of P90X as i've been healing from my accident, and i've officially decided to Kick it off with the auto scheduler as of next Monday October 18th with day 1 of P90X - Official Round 2. yes i've been easy into the P90X workouts now for 3 weeks so actually i've been doing some workouts. Don't want to get hurt or re-injure anything soo, should be seeing more of me on here!!!!!!!!!

Round 2 P90X / Insanity Hybrid

yup it's time I graduated from round 1 of P90X / Insanity Hybrid. Had some really good results also. So now it's round 2. Anyone out wanna try. I know there are plenty of extreme fitness fanatics out there just log in and join me in my workouts. Trust me Insanity in the am and P90X in the pm or vice versa if you choose, and you'll be begging for your recovery drink. Shakeology for breakfast with a multi-vitamin, a 90 calorie snack bar or fruit, a salad with grilled chicken or tuna for lunch, P90X peak performance bar and P90X multi-vitamin pack then a heck of a rechargeable dinner with protein and and carbs. Comeon and see what you got. if you think your extreme then come on and push play. Get Insane and Bring It.

Latest Stats Day 60 - P90X

So I got to taken my new pics for day 60 - P90X and it may not look like huge changed but let me tell you the stats for inches......

Chest: - 1.25 "

R Arm: + .5"

L Arm: + .5"

Waist: - 1.0"

Hips: - 3.75"

R Thigh: - 1.0"

L Thigh: - 2.0"

Weight: - 18lbs

I have now been using Weider Tech 100 Adjustable Dumbells as of the first day of Phase 3 - P90X. prior to this i have only been using resistance bands. Pull-ups are improving as well. So i notice big differences in my workouts and as well as my clothes versus Muscle bulk just yet. That's to come yet. i think after i finish with round 1 and start my new rounds of Insanity Round 2 Doubled with P90X Round 2, yeah muscle definition and bulk will really start showing. had to burn the fat and excess off first. True results for true hard workers.

Inspiration

Well as we all know, the road to our success starts to get menotinous (I hope I spelled that right), and you get mornings and evenings where you find yourself struggling to get motivated to push play. For instense... Yesterday I was scheduled to perform Day 43 Insanity which I did at 5am, then I went to work and got my but kicked for 10 hours with track production that my back was so soar when I got home. needless to say i was scheduled to perform day 36 of P90X but with the soarness in my lower back i felt it was best not to push it and relax. That was all it took. I told my mind to relax I'm soar... Bad idea right. maybe yes and maybe no. If I wouldn't of had another bad day at work today which I did then I would have said yes. Anyways,,,,Today i performed Insanity Day 44 at 5am and this evening I performed my P90X day 36 routine on day 37. The reason I choose to do this was Day 36 P90X is Chest, Shoulders and Triceps and Day 37 is Plyometrics> well I really didnt want to miss out on the resistance/weight training so I bumped it a day to let my back rest only today at work was just as bad as yesterday only today I told myself "I'm not bumping again, no matter what I'm doing my workout. it's hard at times because your family may be sitting and relaxing after dinner watching a great tv show like Criminal Minds but you know what I made a committment to myself to get healthier and back into shape, i'm talking Special Forces - ripped in shape and I'm not going to give that up. I was there just 13 years ago and I can get back there. If you continuously tell yourself you can do it you will. So to all those out there keep pushing play, stay motivated and tell yourself you can do it and you will. We can and wil all succeed.

1st Day of Phase 2

Oh my goodness...today was truly Insane. It was the 1st day of Phase 2 of Insanity - Fit Test, Max Interval Circuit. I went through 1/2 gallon of water and I'm exhausted. Not to mention tonight is the 1st day of Phase 2 of P90X - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps & Ab Ripper X. I need sustanents right now and throught he day so I can Bring It tonight as well.......
