ALMOST THERE!!!!

Well Im almost done with my first cycle of P90X.  Today I finished day 69 and I feel great.  I hurt my lower back on or around day 40.  I was able to push through it and get past the injury.  Im looking forward to becoming a graduate of the program.  I am also excited and looking forward to starting round 2.  

OUCH!!!

Im still sore from my yoga workout the other day.  It is not affecting my other workouts yet but still hurts from time to time.  Any ideas on how to save my lower back? Anyone?
