Day 7~ 10/9/11.
I unsuccessfully tried to a round of P90X last year and ultimately injured myself as I was doing mostly doubles. I didn't eat right and was undereating. Ultimately, I stopped and got off the bandwagon. Lost quite a lot of motivation last year and my coaching went dormant. I've got an incrediable coach though and with all of his emails, checking in, text messages, including me in Facebook groups, I still read them. Saw what he was doing. Last week, I finally clicked the hyperlink to the Coach call and listened in. Ignited me to restart my coaching business and do things the correct way this time.
I'm motivated more then ever.
Today is day 7 of the X. Typically, it's supposed to be a rest day, but I'm mixing it up with Turbokick and rested yesterday.
Stay tuned to this blog and follow me as I journey through my first completion of a Beachbody program. My goal is to gear up for P90X2 and inspire others that even though you're struggling and you want to quit or have quit, that you can always get up and succeed.
FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION.
