Day 15~ of the X

Down 4 pounds, 1 inch in my hips and 1 inch in my waist. Getting there. Core Synergistics today-- and I really brought it. I lifted heavier weights, I squated lower and for the first time I even attempted the chadaronga (I know that's spelled incorrectly) run.. even for 3 seconds I felt like i've accomplished something. 

 

Consistancy is truly key here.. as I head out overseas in the next day. I'll plan to bring my P90X, ShakeO and the bands.. I might even bring 10 Min Trainer just in case. Since I'll be at a house with marble floors... it will be interesting doing some of the floor exercises... but I will figure it out. Stay tuned to this blog.. because I'll be BRINGING BEACHBODY/P90X TO INDIA! 

 

Day 9~ P90X

Well it's day 9 on the X and i will tell you one thing: I have totally blasted through my Turbokick workout last Sunday. I had more energy, i was jumping highter, and I dug deeper. Today, I did Cardio X. The yoga is getting just slightly easier (easier.. well, might not be best term lol), and those steamrolls are killer I tell ya. 

Eating carefully and making sure I'm eating enough. I make sure to include Shakeolgy every single day and I drink TONS of water!!! 

 

So far so good. Tomorrow is shoulders and back. Time to hit the sack!

Restarting P90X

Day 7~ 10/9/11. 

I unsuccessfully tried to a round of P90X last year and ultimately injured myself as I was doing mostly doubles. I didn't eat right and was undereating. Ultimately, I stopped and got off the bandwagon. Lost quite a lot of motivation last year and my coaching went dormant. I've got an incrediable coach though and with all of his emails, checking in, text messages, including me in Facebook groups, I still read them. Saw what he was doing. Last week, I finally clicked the hyperlink to the Coach call and listened in. Ignited me to restart my coaching business and do things the correct way this time. 

I'm motivated more then ever. 

Today is day 7 of the X. Typically, it's supposed to be a rest day, but I'm mixing it up with Turbokick and rested yesterday. 

 

Stay tuned to this blog and follow me as I journey through my first completion of a Beachbody program. My goal is to gear up for P90X2 and inspire others that even though you're struggling and you want to quit or have quit, that you can always get up and succeed. 

 

FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION.
