My Big Day is almost here..

checked in with my pace coach last night to go over race day jitters, what to do after the run, some tips for faster recovery, etc. I'm pretty weirded out about the fact that I haven't been able to run at all lately.  She assured me that 6months of training will not go away overnight. She is probably trying to make me feel better--and it worked! The next couple of days I will get all my gear ready. Charge IPOD, make sure I have enough chomps/beans, get a new battery for my watch, make sure my favorite socks/shorts are clean. Sleep, hydrate. Got a pedicure today so that any callus build-up is gone(yuk, I know).
