You don't have to be perfect!

I tell coaches and customers all the time, "I am the worst at sticking to a fitness plan" I don't think I have done a straight week of P90X yet. I mix in alot of cardio on the bicycle and on the eliptical in the fitness center when not doing P90X. I may do P90X 2-3 times a week, but I do something EVERYDAY to get moving and/or push play. Eat right and excercise at least 30 minutes everyday. Great for those that can push play and stick to a plan, I guess my plan is just "Do something everyday". I can do that, but what I do, I decide every day. Not the best way to do it as I skip certain workouts I probably need, but my weight right now is spot on target. I love the X, I love being in shape...
