Hello? I'm still heeeerrre!!!

So, it's been awhile since my last blog entry here on WOWY, but I asure you that I have been doing my workouts! I have been doing doubles with P90X as well as Insanity and today, I figured the workout was so extreme and crazy that I just had to write something about it! I started the morning with P90X Legs and Back with Ab Ripper X and then continued with Insanity MAX Interval Sports Training! That was crazy!! But I loved it!! I think that I will continue with the MAX training from Insanity after all my P90X workouts, so please pray for me that I survive and stay tuned for some new pictures in the next couple of weeks!

Back and Biceps with Ab Ripper X, again...

This mornings workout was a very fine Back and Biceps with some Ab Ripper X. It felt great and I actually was able to do some of the Corn Cob Pull Ups!! Yeah, Go ME!!!! Now I am off to run a couple of miles with the assistance of a new app I downloaded for my phone, lets see how well it works (and how well I work!)

Shaun T's Weighted Upper Body Workout W/Cardio Abs

While I may encounter many nay-sayers about working out, I will continue to push play and strive for success! I've decided to better myself through exercise (not so much with diet cause I like food), I've committed to working out using the best tools available (Beachbody videos--P90X and Insanity), and I will succeed no matter what people think or say. This works for me and I like it, others have what works for them and it's all good so long as they stick with it and persevere. Todays workout was the ever difficult weighted upper body workout and cardio abs with Shaun T from Insanity. Very incredible workout and I feel like I will be hurting later on today, oh well... See you all tomorrow for another exciting workout!

Back and Biceps W/ Ab Ripper X

Great workout! I love doing P90X and I love how quickly the results come! With summer so close it is time to Decide, Commit, and Succeed! There is only a month to go (except here in the Pacific Northwest where it is about another two or so months) until warm weather arrives, so why not try a decent workout routine? You've got nothing to lose execpt your 'winter layer'!

A Little Too Early...

Maybe I should be going to bed earlier so it doesn't feel as early as it does for the workout! This morning was Chest and Back and I'll finish up this evening with Ab Ripper X and a little run. My arms are killing me from the last couple of days, but the pain will subside and serious gains are on the horizon!!
