Day 30

I have a cold today but yet I still worked out.  Talk about insanity!  Managed to get through the whole workout.  Stopped only for 30 seconds.  What's next, the looney bin?

Day 23

Got a migraine yesterday.  There are still traces of it this morning.  My normal 5:30-ish workout will have to be shifted to later tonight, when I get home from work.  No recovery formula after the workout since it tends to cause a spike in my blood sugar.  Straight to bed after workout and then, hopefully, back to my 5:30-ish workout tomorrow morning.

 

 

Day 12--First entry

Awoke with an abundance of energy.  By the last ten minutes I grew incredibly fatigued.  The final stretch, I was able to hold the quadricep without falling over and clutching onto the wall.  Time for Recovery formula.
