GETTIN AT IT!  AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH LETS GO

Nobody told me Insanity was going to be hard....haha

So the fit test for Insanity.....WHATS THAT ALL ABOUT!!!  Haha, I started it up figuring I'd get a nice easier pace into the program, but world was I wrong.  Switch kicks, Power jacks, Power knees, Power jumps, HURTING, whoever invented Globe jumps deserve and firm hand shape and a punch.  Really it was eye opening at how out of shape I am in the cardio aspect, but it made me vision the results 60 days from now and I cannot wait.

I have gotten through 5 days now and I really feel the burn.  I'd love to say that the workouts are getting easier, but I'd be lying.  I am feeling a sense of ability to finish the programs though which is reassuring to me.  Every time I need to break, I do.  Every time I need to scream, I do.  Its a love hate thing that is really working out so far.  I am looking forward to really getting through these work outs and I cannot wait to see my progress at my next fit test.

New Years Resolution Day 1

Chest and Back #1 down folks.  I was hurting today....tired, sore, weak BUT I was there and I knocked it out and felt good.  The first time I ever tried to do a pull up or chin up, NO DICE!  I thought I was a lost cause, always using the bands, or a chair, or even getting my brother to boost me up.  Not now.  Im no Tony Horton or jacked up guy but I was doing 6 pull ups and reverse grip chin ups.  I even did 3 wide grip pull ups, my greatest feat ever in working out.  I was so proud of myself and cannot wait to pump it up more and more.  Wishing all of you luck and a Happy New Year!

Getting a couple day start on this New Years Resolution X STYLE

New Years Eve is nearly upon us.  Over the years I have had many different resolutions ranging all over the board including drop a few pounds, eat healthier, 4.0 in school, stop making fun of my dad (he's such an easy target), quit smoking (successful), and many others.  This year my goal is to start and finish p90x and to fully engage myself as a Beachbody Coach.

Recently I have been doing the program and it has been working very well.  I have been getting many compliments from family and friends.  It helped that I gave up alcohol totally for an entire month during this period which assisted in me dropping 10 pounds.  Just goes to show what that party in a can does to you.  But now I am committed.  I am doing it.  I will finish this program, and keep on doing it.  Hopefully I'll move on to Insanity and take on Shaun T!  And as for my success in the business aspect I will use the help and tools from my schooling, networks, and my Coach and brother Brad Gibala.

P90X and T.H. watch out, IM COMING!

Deciding, Committing, and going to Succeed!
