Turbofire is the BOMB! I love it. I do have to admit that I fell off the band wagon. AGAIN! I discovered that I needed to rotate my indoor video workouts with outdoor workouts. For 10 months I was exercising indoors and found myself getting bored. So there went the routines. Now that I'm mixing it up I'm finding it easier to fit the workouts into my schedule.

Moving on

Ok... love Tony but I got a little bored with the Power90 workout since you only rotate between 2 workouts. Now i am taking on the challenge of TurboFire and I'm loving it.

Power90

Ok I'm moving up to Power90. Shakeology was a great start. Power90 level 3 4 is kinda brutal. I decided to skip  level 1 2 since I was already doing level 3 4 during The50 workouts. I've been working out with the program for almost 2 weeks. Like the workout, but am dragging myself to do it. Especially on the days were I have to do both sculpt and sweat routines. That means more than an hour workout days. My time is limited. I think I might have to change up the cardio days so I son't get bored. We'll see how much I can stick to the plan.

What Shakeology and The50 has done for me.

Ok its been about 4 months since I started The30 and The50 workouts and drinking Shakeology as a snack. I averaged 4 day a week workouts. Of course this is not the recommended schedule, but it was what I could do. I also was not on a strict diet plan. I am very happy with my results considering my workout schedule and eating habits. I am happy to say my weight stayed the same but I did lose 2 inches off my waist and I also see some muscle definition. Love it. I definitely recommend Shakeology and the workouts for beginners. It's a great starting point.

Happy New Year! And yes, i took a little mini vacation AGAIN... I'm not perfect... but what I didn't do is beat up on myself. I got back into the workout routine and looked ahead. It feels good.
