I'm so excited about my progress.  Today in addition to the regular Insanity program, I was able to run 1.5 miles in 14:37.  For those who don't know I'm training for Air Force Officer School.  Trying to improve my PFT times.  I didn't like cardio abs.  I think I prefer ab workouts with a few crunches.  This workout was challenging but some of the moves were harder for my legs not my abs?!?
