Repeat Week 3

Last week was my 29th birthday, which somewhat interrupted my workout schedule.  Then I left my workout DVDs at my uncle's house and was unable to do my Friday and Saturday workouts....so I chose to redo week 3.  Instead of doing the fit test again, I do weighted upper body workout and it was great.  It was totally different than I expected but boy did I feel the burn.  And now another week is done and I'm feeling greaaaaaat.  I have also started running more.  I'm going to try to jog monday, wednesday, and friday.  Followed by running on tuesday and thursday.  I can do it!!!  Just do it!!!
