It's been a long time.

I haven't been posting here, but have been posting on my blog, This WAHM is Getting Healthier, and on SparkPeople.  I had a nasty wake up call when a friend took a full body photo of me and immediately started eating better.  I pulled out my Weight Watchers guides and started counting points again.  So far I'm 4 pounds down in a month and very happy about it.  The pound loss is good, but the inches loss is better.  I look smalller and feel better all around.  

I'm participating in the PCRM Vegan Kickstart this month and may see a bigger loss during the month.  I'm getting in a lot more produce and a lot less fat.   Green smoothies rock, especially when bananas, mango, pineapple, oranges, and romaine are in the mix.  


Strength training will come back into play soon, but for now, pilates, yoga, and walking are helping me get stronger.  That and power squats performed while ripping out and replacing the kitchen floor.  Oh joy.

But I'll be around, logging in the the SuperGym and occasionally posting.
