One week in and two pounds down!

It feels good.  I did not exercise much at all this past week but still managed to lose 2 pounds.  Sweet, eh?  The loss has inspired me and I'm going to keep it going.  I need to keep it going.

After taking the fitness test I felt good about finishing but bad about how far I've fallen.  I know I can and will do better when I retake it in 30 days!  I'm so ready!  I need to keep in mind that I am not at 100% and cannot push too hard or I'll end up in a lot of pain and in tears. 

I don't know what hubby was thinking as he watched me work out.  He's losing without even trying and it makes me crazy!  I'm doing this for me first, then him and the kids.  I need to get myself back so that I can be at my best for all of us.
