Day 1 of the Challenge! Who's with me?

The very easiest way I've found to keep your calories in check is to have five 300 calorie meals a day, balanced in protein, carbs and fat. I use the www.fitday.com program, it has a pie chart. I just try to keep the pie even throughout the day, so each of those components is in the 30% range. Also, check the nutrition part of the log, so you can see how much sodium you're consuming--- it may be a lot higher than you would estimate. Keep it around 1500 mg.

Log your water too so you can track how many ounces you are drinking each day-- enter it just like any food.

I just wanted to say that I was going through the photos and yours caught my eye...you look amazing. I want that sooo bad. I'm on the 44th day of the 90 day challenge and you just gave me the inspiration that I needed. I'm also doing the Biggest Loser challenge at work...can I ask what the hardest part was for you when You started this program...
