Ok, I have "officially" started Turbofire as of yesterday. We practiced the moves for a little over a week in the "new to class" setting to get used to the new moves that are different from TurboJam and to get "up to speed".....LITERALLY!!! :-) This workout is much faster and more intense than TurboJam was. So the official start at regular class was yesterday, 7/2/10. I took my measurements prior to starting. I'm happy to report that at the end of my 2nd month of being back to an exercise routine, I have lost another 5 lbs over this month for a total loss of 19.5 lbs in 2 months. I have 13 more to go by Nov 13th to hit my 1st goal. At this rate and now with starting this TF program, I think I may just hit my goal early! That would be awesome! I still have about 35 more lbs or so to go after that but I'm taking it in realistic attainable increments. My 1st goal was to lose 31.5 lbs in 6 months by my 42nd b'day. I'm already 2/3rds of the way there in just 2 months! Thank-you Beachbody and especially thank-you Chalene Johnson!
