I keep at P90X and am in week 5. I weighed 135 at the beginning of the week, but now weigh 141 lbs. ??? Huh? Oh well, I still feel and look great and my pants are still loose. I'm portioning my food and eating fairly clean. I only cheat maybe a bite or two a day of a treat, but that's getting less and less since the treats aren't so tempting and they don't satisfy like plain old good food like veggies or fruit. I will take pick in a day or so and take measurements too. Losing inches is what matters and dropping the fat and adding muscle. No one said losing the last 10 lbs to my goal weight would be easy and so I keep doing the do and eating right. I feel better and that's what really counts. I've had an awful time in the Winter the last several years due to low thyroid, but this Winter P90X is helping me beat the Winter blues. This means the world to me since usually lack of energy and motivation makes me depressed and feel like I'm not worth much. I know that isn't true, but when you don't feel good it's so hard to be encouraged. I continue to workout, and also I read my Bible and pray. These things plus getting out with others who are Christians and have a positive outlook does wonders. I am more than a Conquerer through Him who loves me!!
