2 months left in 2010....

Been a rough 6 months as I've pretty much eat what I wanted and have done very little consistent exercising.  Time to get back on track before the holidays really have me spiraling out of control.  Going to do some old school P90 workouts, combined with some jogging. Hoping to build up to 5K running distance and P90X workouts by the start of 2011.
