I have one more week left of classes, which means I am going to have to practice what I preach; scheduling my workouts.  It is easy to schedule then when I have to teach a fitness class.  It will be more challenging when I don't have to teach and with the Christmas just around the corner.  However, I am committed and up for the challenge.  It will go on my daily to do list and will get done.  I am looking forward to doing Chalean Extreme and Turbofire to keep in good shape. I will be getting more familiar with both.  As a matter of fact I think I will do the hybid program Chalene created including a little of each one.  Happy Holidays and if your local give me a call.  I would love a local workout partner.

Doing What I Can

I am teaching four classes a week, two Turbokick classes, an RPM (cycle), an one Piyp(pilates yoga)  In between I am trying to stay with ab ripper three times a week, and a couple days of cardio.  I did cardio X and Ab ripper yesterday. I will do Kenpo X today with my fellow p90x'ers.  I was full force painting the outside my house this week, so I had limilted workouts.  My house is looking good, with just a little more to do.  I had a lot of help doing it.  I will be able to commit more time next week.  I am still healing my chest and can't do any upper body yet.  I have two more weeks to take it easy.  

On Hiatis

I have to take a break from p90x right now. I didn't realize that pacemakers and pullups don't go well together.  I am healthy despite having a pacemaker and am thankful I don't have any limitations, and am not on any medication for my heart.  I think my only limitation from this point forward is no pullups. I will be able to do the modified version with bands once I am healed.  The doctors think I herniated my chest muscle.  They now put pacemakers for some women under their chest muscle which is what the did for me.  My pacemaker tore through my muscle fibers.  I have to lay off upper body for a while. Once I am back though, I will be at it full force:)

Beginning of week four

Start of week four, recovery.  Yoga today, still hard.  Tomorrow is core synergistics  looking forward to it.

Day 17 Arms and Shoulders/ab ripper X

I am getting stronger already.  I was able to up my weights a little.  Definately getting the hang of it now.  Ab ripper still the hardest abs I have ever done.
