I used to write blogs on MySpace frequently about trivial things that just popped into my head. I never thought about writing a blog about something that might mean something to me, or to anyone else. Why would I do that?
I decided to start this blog, knowing it won't be seen by most people as a way to document my journey through this lifestyle change. I began Insanity months ago, and I've been derailed many times since then also. My first efforts came in September, and I did a week of it, but stopped for a few weeks. My excuse then? The house I was staying in wasn't on the ground, but raised. This put spaces under the house that went through out the house. When I worked out, everyone in the house could hear me. That included a scary young boy, who always thought the worse. And, a teenage girl going through so much drama, the school district offered her a box office.
A few more times, a few more weeks, a few more times not continuing. The longest I've dug deeper was two weeks. However, each time, I feel great results, because i feel stronger, faster...you know, the phrase, stronger, faster, better.
I started again on Sunday. Took the fit test, and took new pictures. Decided to add a blog entry. While I assume it won't be read like a top seller, there may be a few people who may say... I wonder what Keith is doing. And, get me back in gear. And, when I get the stuff up on YouTube, I will ahve something to follow back on.
Anyway, today I weight 302 pounds. Blood pressure is high, and I need to get back to being decently active. So, here goes. I will update this later with my first round of measurements. And, I will update this every two weeks to see my fit test results.
Wish me luck.
Keith
