Sometimes, you can plan, prepare and get everything ready, but life has a way of throwing new things into your plan. I planned to workout consistently, get my measurements and get a blog going by this time next week. I planned to have the basics, plus my fit test scores from the first time compared to this time.
I have my measurements.

I know most charts have my Waist, but I always get confused as to where I should measure for the waist. My measurement then was 45.25, but I'm more concerned with getting my belly to not be so big compared to my Hips, anyway.....

Anyway, I won't go much into the details about what made it so hard to get this page updated, because everyone has issues. I think the biggest thing was that I didn't want to post these kind of numbers. I am happy though, that I hold my weight pretty well, but that 300 pounds? That number is far from good. I was upset at 268, and I never remember seeing the 280's nor even the 270's, so the 290's and now 300 is quite the shock. So, I gotta plan to Dig Deeper, and be back in a few weeks to update my Fit Test results...
