New Year

I am on week 12 of TurboFire. I am working on completing the 20 week program. I love TurboFire and what it has done for me. I still have about 10-15 pounds left to lose. I struggle with portion control. I workout first thing in the morning. I had a bad habit of not eating anything after my workout-I would wait until 3 or 4 hours after my workout to eat. I learned that wasnt good for my metabolism. I am working towards changing all of my bad habits. Here is to a brand new year!

I have started a new chapter in my fitness journey. I have recently completed Chalean Extreme and have decided to start they hybrid program of Turbo Fire and Chalean Extreme. I have almost completed week 1. I am definately addicted to working out and have no intentions of stopping. I like how I feel when I am done and it helps to prove to myself that I can do difficult things. Like Chalene says if you can do this you can do anything!!
