Dying is bad for the body

I have decided that death is bad for the living too.  My Dad passed away a month ago and I have done since is eat eat eat eat!

Too many well wishers bringing cakes and pies and cinamon rolls.  Plu you are so tired you dont work out.  But I am 2 wks into my 3rd round of the X  doing well with it.. Hybrid for sure with BBL and  CE Burn intervals for cardio.

Although I am a little more "sturdy" that I care to be.. I am sure I will have the mourning weight gone in 2 months at most.  Will try to keep a weekly log of my workouts..

This week, motivated on track.. Diet is much better than it has been.  I think my iron is up and when my iron, or hematocrit more specically, is normal,  I dont crave the sweets.
