Fine. I'll start a blog. But it's important you know that I am not doing it for you--I'm doing it for me. Feel free to read, laugh, cajole and kabitz but this is my blog and I get to say what I want :)
Insanity is an ass kiccker. There. I said it. Now that THAT'S out of the way, let's move on.
The first 2 times i did the plyo cardio workout I was literally on the fetal position on the floor and crying for all the right reasons. No, I"m not kidding or exaggerating, but I do appreaciate your asking.
The 3rd time I did the plyo cardio workout I tried to keep my heart rate at 90%. Yes, I needed help calculating this and if you're expecting me to help you you're in trouble, my friend. Numbers ain't my thang. That said, the workout went GREAT in my never-to-be-humble opiinion and I'm so proud of myself!
Today was CPR Insanity style. Again, I felt like crying for all the right reasons but was able to keep my form tight and push through. Man-oh-man...who'd a thunk that exercise was such an emotional roller coaster when you're really and truly going after it? For those of you that are pushing play--you might understand me. For those of you that are CRUSHING play--I know you get me. What a rush, my friends! What a rush!
So far? I'm loving it. Even though this program is in my head in a deep way, I still love dragging my butt downstairs and pushing play.
I LOVE it when I end up CRUSHING play.
