legs and back.. ouch

legs and back done.. killed me.. i almost fainted and couldnt complete the entire workout. but i did push myself and feel great that i got up from watching Supernatural marathon with britt to do it.. i accomplished what i could and knew that this workout was going to really challenge me. so next week i will do more!!! I set a goal each workout and will accomplish it. by the end of the 90 days i will be able to complete all workouts.. may not look pretty but will be able to do them... BRING IT!!!!

Nutrition is still going strong. today was shakeology and homemade fish tacos so far.  not sure whats for dinner but bought all healthy groceries.  Not a nasty thing in the house.  been eating a lot of fruit!  todays snacks were grapes and pinapple mixed together.. loved it and hit the spot!!! 

week two. shoulders and arms, ab ripper

todays workout was a good one. Used my new bands and got a great workout.. love them. no more excuses on why i cant feel the burn.. lol.. making it hurt... i will def. feel it in the morning. arms and shoulders!!! Abs are on fire!!!!!

I used the burgandy and the bright red one.  It was a great workout.. took my measurements and weight and cant believe how much i have already improved since my last time just trying this workout.  I will complete it and see major results..nutrition is on target and workouts are priority!!!!

was at the park with the dogs when i decided if i didnt leave right then and get home and workout i wouldnt!!! so we left and did a great workout!!!

the start of week 2

forgot to tell about my workout today.. i was so excited for my baby girl to be coming back home to me.. chest and back today and made sure i wrote it all down so i could keep track and push myself. Its amazing how when you know that last time you did 10 pushup you should beable to do that +1. LOL so thats what i did.. i tried to do one more over every thing.. but then realized i wasnt suppose to. I wanted to keep my reps between 12 adn 15 so made sure the weights are the right one.. I had bought the stronger resistance bands and they showed up after the workout.. so tomorrow i get to use them.. cant wait. !!!! going to Bring It!!!!

first week

This first week of P90X has been hard with moving to LA and starting my new job and doing 12 hour days.  Trying to get it all figured out... it will happen. 

the workouts are going good. I am using the resistance bands and had to buy the standard kit so that i could have more resistance.. I a am a beast..LOL  not really just need more to make a differnce.  LOL 

I am using the worksheets so that i can do more each time.  Following the nutrition guide of Les Mills pump because its easier for me to follow and easier recipes.  I just up the protien!!!!  Great recipes adn great food.  Nutrition is 80% of the diet so thats how i will make the biggest change!!!!

the post office and my arms were shaking so bad that i was couldnt even write..lol  the lady said are you ok.. said ya just got done working out.. lol.. so we talked and she is wanting to loose to so maybe we will have a new guest in here with us...

i did drink my E&E and it def helped me get thru it.. was so fired up after i worked out had to get lots done... washed the dog, groceries, got boxes for packing, and started getting stuff done.. love this stuff!!!!!  LOL
