Day 22

Well it's day 22. I am not sure of how I should feel. I weighed myself and I gained a pound. :-( I know it's only a pound but the pounds add up. I don't know what I did wrong, if anything. I ate the recommended amount of calories. I replaced one meal with shakeology. I worked out everyday doing atleast one dvd for atleast 30 mins. Some days I did 2 workouts. I made sure one was cardio and the other focused on one specific part of the body like legs, or abs. The upside is I also took my measurements and a few of the measurements went down 1 - 2 inches. :-)

So I am just going to be happy because atleast I lost some inches. Hey thats one way to know that the workouts are working right. Next weigh in is next sunday so hopefully it will be another good week. Thanks for reading!!

My Wish!!!!!

I wish there was a place I could go that did the Beachbody workouts so I could get motivation from everyone that was doing the workouts. We need a Beachbody Fit Club in New Orleans or any surrounding area. :-)

Day 2 doing Slim in 6

Well it is day 2 with slim in 6. I did ramp it up today and it killed me. I will be sore tomorrow, but it is definitely worth it. I hope to have picture up soon if anyone is interested in what kind of progress you might be able to get. Well until my next workout. Thanks for reading.

End of week 1

Hello Everyone

I have been on Shakeology for 1 week. It was very easy to make the shakes in the morning. I ate mine for breakfast. I had to add a little more water to mine because the 8oz of water made it too thick for me. I would also suggest adding a banana, or something else to it so it keeps you fuller a little longer. I had a pretty busy week last week. I am a teacher so it was a week of packing classrooms and making sure all paperwork was completed and turned in. I noticed when I started I was very moody. Not sure if it was me because of everything going on last week or if my body was in shock because I was eating something healthy. If anyone had this issue I would like to hear about what happened to you. I am definitely more regular and now after a week I feel better. I feel like I have a little more energy throughout the day. I also lost 4 lbs. I was happy with that. I will keep you posted on how the next week goes cause I am off for summer and will start the slim in 6 program. I am interested to find out how much weight I can lose doing both. If you have any thoughts about shakeology or it you have a story about what happened while you were on shakeology I would love to hear from you. Thanks for reading.

Turning my life around!

Well today was the first day of my changed life. I became a Team Beachbody coach today. I am very excited with my choice. I also will start Shakeology tomorrow.
