Ok, so I'm going to give this a good shot. I may not post everyday, but I will try to do it often. As you all know I have 3 kids that keep me very busy, so to get a work out in sometimes is hard! My fitness goals are to get back in shape and loose weight. I show horses and my mare is ready for english classes next season and if anyone has seen the outfit...well...then you know what I mean when I say I NEED to loose weight to fit into the pants....LOL! But beyond that I want to be healthy again! So I will keep you posted on my progress!
Today I went to the farm and rode Rose for about 90min. Boy is she a leg, butt. and thigh work out I feel like I have to pick up every leg to help her move them. She is getting lighter with every work out and today was actually collecting up. Which is a big thing, makes it a little easier on me :) After that I did slim in 6 abs work out, that was REALLY hard! As my trouble spot is my core area. But I got through it and now I can relax with my hubby and watch House after the kiddies go to bed! Yay!!! :)
