Starting Over Again

This morning, I walked into my bathroom to weigh myself.  When the scale returned a weight of 248, I knew that it was time for action.  I am not entirely sure why I have turned to high fat food and a more sedentary lifestyle, but I do know it has taken its toll.

In a former blog entry, I noted how I was working out to get ready for a cruise.  Alas, I enjoyed the cruise, but shuddered at the thought of removing my shirt.  As you can see from my new before photo, I am pretty darned pasty due to not wanting to show off my gut.

I had been working out with Rockin' Body, but I wanted something more substantial.  P90X has always been an interest; however, I am afraid of breaking a door frame with the chin up bar.  Instead, I am starting RevAbs, and from this first workout, I can tell I am in for a heavy duty fat-burning regimine. 

Now, let's see if I can stick with this one for 90 days!
