Pulled Pork in Pressure Cooker

I've been trying to add more lean protein to my family's diet. My teenagers need protein to support their growth spurt, and I also want to maintain my ChaLean Extreme muscle tone by decreasing my carb intake. Today, I felt adventurous and cooked my first BBQ pulled pork using a pressure cooker. It took only 90 minutes, rather than the traditional crockpot method that takes all day. This delicious meal is economical, too, as I was able to buy a less expensive cut of pork. I'm living Lean!

Hot 40-year old ChaLean Extreme body!

I have just finished the first 2 months of ChaLean Extreme, and I can't believe how my body has transformed! I've just started a new job, and people who don't know me think I'm 10 years younger! When I was a hard-core runner, I was lean, but skinny. The ChaLean Extreme program has given me lean muscle tone, yet it has retained my curves. I look better now, in my size 10 pants, than I did a few years ago in my size 4 jeans! I was afraid that the heavy weights would make my legs too big, but my quads and calves have better definition, and I can now see space between my upper thighs! The best part of the program is that it is only 30-40 minutes long, so I can manage to squeeze in my workout before work. Muscle does burn fat, because I have lost inches in my waist, though I probably do crunches only once a week. I'm looking forward to starting the Lean phase tomorrow!

When I practice vinyasa yoga, my dogs watch me intently and twitch their ears, as if trying to figure out why I'm moving and bending!
