Pulled Pork in Pressure Cooker

I've been trying to add more lean protein to my family's diet. My teenagers need protein to support their growth spurt, and I also want to maintain my ChaLean Extreme muscle tone by decreasing my carb intake. Today, I felt adventurous and cooked my first BBQ pulled pork using a pressure cooker. It took only 90 minutes, rather than the traditional crockpot method that takes all day. This delicious meal is economical, too, as I was able to buy a less expensive cut of pork. I'm living Lean!
