Feelin Good

It's amazing how when I started working out on a regular basis my body started to enjoy the intesity and discipline.  It gets more intense as I go along but as I see and feel the benefits it draws me to want to continue and even work out with more intensity.  Working out and feeling good about it is so rewarding.  I notice people that work out even walk with more bounce and seem to be happier people, even their posture improves.  I guess its because we feel good about what we are doing and feel healthier.  So it seems to affect all aspects of life. So don't give up if your just starting out, it will get easier with time and you will be rewarded with a heathier body!
