We have the choice!

I have been here long enough to know that we lose a lot of people in becoming a part of something great. We all have our vices and some of those vices dont work well with a life of fitness. Its only then when we get the bad knews by our doctor to take our health serious. As a coach and a customer I have been held accountable for my actions which is a road Im glad I took, because I could easily be wrapped up in a world that does not allow me to live life to the fullest. For those who are not here_ I will be waiting for you!

Success doesnt come to those who wait!

Just like any other person, its a struggle to find the time, energy and motivation sometimes to work out. Most of us spend hours at work and the last thing we want to do is spend another hour working out. In the past few years I have discovered that working out that hour has produced more time in my day. Im more energetic and I seem to be awake more through the day. We cant be perfect all the time but we need to make the steps if we ever plan to achieve our goals-Start with workout number one! As I push on I ask that you join me and find that motivation-Find a friend (buddy system) to help set goals and praise each other for you efforts. Im here I will always be here!

P90X second round!

I have recently started another round of P90X but have decided to take a more natural take on it with more concentration in the meals I would eat if I wasnt on the program and the supplements I choose not to take! Though Im already getting ready for week3 I have already started to lose weight 10lbs to be exact. I know that this program is true and if I fail to meet my goal the second time around I assure you that I will make adjustments. The thing with fitness is to make it work for you and make it where you enjoy doing it-You shouldnt feel that you are going to the ends of the earth just to lose that extra pound. As long as you keep pushing play I assure that the results will soon follow behind!

Pushing past the negatives!

As I continue to press forward with getting myself into shape again! I have always used the negative aspects in my life to fuel my rage to workout. Yesterday was a rough day and made for a good workout and now that I'm one workout into the week it has motivated me to workout once again. Let this be my Dominoe effect towards achieving my fitness goals.
