Life does get you down at times, but....

Just a simple thought to working out. I was really motivated to work out today but is quickly killed by the reality of the real world and wondering should I be looking for more in life (Employment) and stop waisting time with working out for now?

The answer is NO! I need to workout because I can feel better afterwards knowing that life is also about the small accomplishments we may have on a daily basis. So those who feel like I do-Lets get after it, Lets dig deep and find the little things that motivate us! Thanks 45pulsar for reminding me...Susan, your a part of this too!

For today I'm going to workout for my family-So that I can extend my life to be there for them down the road!
