Day 5

What can I say - I love ChaLEAN Extreme!  It is day 5 and I can already see results!  I have been eating very good this week as well.  I have found that for me it helps if I find foods I like and then eat the same things each day.  Much easier for me to plan my snacks and meals that way. 

 

Day Three

One word - SORE! 

I really like the workout - it is short and effective.  This is what I need right now. 

Eating has been good - but it's only been two days.  It's pretty easy to do something for two days.  So now lets go for two more days, eh?

Cannot wait until week one measurements!

Day One

So I am tired of making excuses and feeling like a big slug.  I have been eating like crap and telling myself it's ok, because I'm going to start eating better next week. 

Mmmm...yeah.

I think the most diappointing thing about my situation is I actually lost 15 pounds last year using ChaLEAN Extreme and was down to 16% body fat...not I'm back up to 148 pounds and 28% body fat.  It was a little about not working out regularly...but it was mostly just bad, bad eating.

So here we go - I'm starting Power 90 today - I've never done this workout and who doesn't love a little retro-Tony, eh?  So far so good, but it is only 6:51 AM.
