I am a P90x Grad!!

My left shoulder continued to give me problems during my second round. But Dr. Baker was able to work his magic and allow me to continue my work outs. This time I kept up the cardio during those weeks I had to take a break. So I'm at 163 and feeling great. I will update my goal tracker with my new numbers. But basically I'm at 17% body fat which gives me plenty of room to proceed in a healthy manner. I will destroy the the remaining spare tire! We are keeping an eye on my FFM which is 138 lb. As long as that number continues to up, we are doing this correctly. Which is cool because I'm starting to get annoyed with folks telling me I need to put on more weight. I know they mean well, but this just gets into our whole mentality of what normal is. Today, normal is overweight, overweight is now obese, and obesity is morbid obesity. But that's a rant for another day.
