A week in...

Hitting week 2 of Insanity, and I can already feel the difference. Becoming less winded, able to keep up with the model group well past the warm-up. Still crashing at the end, but then again how else would I know it's working?

My favorite moment from the series so far...Shaun T flipping over on his back at the end of Pure Cardio, panting and sweating, saying, "That s**t is BA-NA-NAS YO!!" Also the dirty looks that the models give the cameras during some of the workouts as they stagger off camera and take an unscheduled break. This program is a great equalizer...
