Day 9

Did my plyometrics today.  Didn't eat perfectly as I skipped breakfast, ate pad thai chicken for lunch (a large texas-seized helping). I did eat a pear in the mid afternoon, and turkey hotdogs with whole wheat bread for supper. 

Diet is my biggest challenge still.  I don't think I am eating enough calories or enough of the right calories.  I will stick to it, though.  I will figure it out eventually.

Day 2

Alright - did plyometrics today and ate well (for me)

 

Yogurt for breakfast

banana for snack

Sushi for lunch

chef salad for dinner

 

Not enough, but I feel good and will try to up those calories to a healthy level.

Day 1 (again)

Finished day 1 of P90X again.  That's right, again.  I haven't quit but I haven't continues effectively, either.  But I did the Chest and Back and the Ab Ripper X...I then walked a mile afterward to cool off.
