ok, starting a new round of p90x lean, round 3 since june 2008. For background, when I'm not in a full p90x round cycle I tend to still exercise anywhere from 3 to 6 days a week. Last week I started a Challange with my housemate to a diet and fitness challenge to end on thanksgiving eve. winner gets a gift card for new clothes (small $ amount). I began this round of P90X on Tues. 10/20/09.
I was not going to blog but just keep track on my own, but since finding this blog site here on Team BB I will give it my best. I did get body stats taken at the start of this challenge. And I will post them in the next session. Goal with this blog is to be honest and complete I think the regularity of posting will come along as I go. Exercise is easy for me to commit to, diet and accountability, not so much. So now is my chance to improve in that area and see if I can get better results. I need to remember this is a lifstyle change and not a fad. I made this challnge so my housemate could get back on track. And give myself some goals as wells - ah goals - those will be posted as well. Here we go!
