1 raisin bran, english muffin, w/ cream chees, water, coffee 2 apple, pumpernickel sticks, 3 ham sandwich on ww w/mayo 4 ham sandwhich on ww w mayo, lettuce shredded low fat cheese, tomatoe 5 pumpernickel sticks, 6 protien shake, strawberry yogurt (3 tablespoons) 7 birthday cake - it's gone, last piece

The real daily intake was - BKF: 2 eggs, bacon cheese on hard roll, w spk and coffe. Lunch: 1/2 seafood salad on whole wheat, cup of tomato florentine soup, slice dill pickle, water, one cookie, small bag of chips, mid afternoon small coffee, early dinner, 5pm 3slices deli turkey on whole wheat sandwhich thin, with muenster cheese and mayo

7:45pm pb & j on whole wheat sand thin. also 2 pop tarts t9:30 am and coffee.

 

okay not very good at all, but honest. I can always improve from here. started the day not knowing I would make myself accountable and look what happened. (and it's not over)
