Chalean Extreme

Wow, Im in my second week of CLX.  Burn Phase.  Boy did I think p90x was tough.  Chalene puts a whole new meaning in extreme.  I love the workouts, they are short and intense.  Chalene makes if fun to work out and pushes you to go heavier!  :)

Im not as sore as I was with p90x, however I am EXHAUSTED when I finish!  Going heavy until your muscle fatigues....oh man!

I can't wait until I do the CLX/TF hybrid!

 

X Insanity Hybrid

I finished up Insanity on Feb 15 and started the new hybrid rotation.  Today is ONLY day 3!  Its a nice change of pace from Insanity 6 days a week. All of Shaun T's jumping is all craziness.  But good for the body.  I am enjoying the hybrid. :)  Its a great balance of cardio and weights. 

I can't wait to see the progress that I have made from day one of the X, which I completed in Nov 2009.
