Week 2 Begins

Last week I completed all the workouts for the week.  Sunday was a rest day as we had plans with the family.  Each of the workouts was new and challenging and I am loving it.  I ate clean all week and dropped a few pounds, however, the delayed Christmas gathering on Sunday just about reversed all I accomplished in that area.  Amazing how hard it is to get off and how easy it is to put on. 

I was able to do the 3 speed plyo push ups on the medicine ball today.  Some of the other moves on the medicine ball are still a little intimidating, hopefully I will get strong enough and gutsy enough to get them mastered.  Definitely saw some improvements today, it mainly takes time to figure out how to do the moves. 

Looking forward to getting another week of workouts under my belt!
