Welcome 2012!

Welcome 2012! So wish the mental aspect wasn't so difficult...new job in Sept. 2011 and it is going great.  Quite a bit of travel so the schedule is quite hectic...making it hard to be a creature of habit.  I like morning workouts but when I travel, it is very hard to do the early morning workouts due to the nature of my schedule.  Evening workouts have never been good or easy for me...although I need to really get the mind set and just do it!  Regarding workouts with hubby; he is ready to get back to it!  I love hearing this.  My severe ankle injury is nearly healed and almost back to 100% on the ankle!  Priorities....mind (battlefield of the mind), for both workouts and eating!  Eating; getting the right foods, enough of the foods and back to enjoying cooking. And last, finding the balance of the new job, schedule, travel and workouts!
